Shipping and shipping

Our transport is carried out through the agency CBL Logistics or GLS

The delivery service takes place throughout mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, from Monday to Friday.


Do you need an on-demand delivery service?

A given day
A specific time slot
A different direction than usual

Indicate it in your order or by e-mail.

What is the delivery time of your order?

This will vary depending on whether it is an uns customized or customized product or that we do not have it in Stock.

Uncustomizing:
If the product is in stok and your order is placed before 13 h., the order will be shipped the next day and depending on the province to which the time was sent will be between 24 h. 48 h. or 72 h.

Custom:
If it is a repeat of an order its delivery will be made within 10 working days.
If this is your first time asking, you will normally receive it 15 days after receiving the customization documentation from us.


Do you want to know the status of your order?

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, we will send you an e-mail confirming the shipment.

How much do shipping costs?

Shipping is free if your order exceeds 120 euros (before VAT)
For lower orders, the shipping cost is 4.00 euros.
The delivery service to the Balearic Islands has a cost: 7 euros for each package.
